When you make a travel purchase through the Travel Center (airfare, car rental, attractions or hotel reservations), online or by phone, with your U.S. Bank Business Shield^™ Visa^® Card.

Cash Rewards are deposited into the reward account after payment has been processed for your prepaid travel purchase. You will see your Cash Rewards have been awarded in the Rewards Center under the Profile link. Please allow 1-2 statement billing cycles for your earned rewards to appear on your credit card statement.

You will earn 5% Cash Rewards based on the amount of the purchase(s) made via the Travel Center.

You will earn a $50 statement credit once you have purchased $5,000 or more in total qualified bookings through the Travel Center using your U.S. Bank Business Shield^™ Visa^® Card, during each 12-month period starting on the day your card was opened and restarting on the anniversary of the opening of your account.

You can see your total available cash rewards online at any time. Log in to usbank.com or the U.S. Bank mobile app and select "Rewards Center." You may also call the Rewards Center at 888-229-8864. Your cash rewards balance will be posted there. You can also see your earnings and available cash rewards on your monthly credit card statement.

Cash rewards can be redeemed in the form of a statement credit to your credit card account; deposit made to your eligible U.S. Bank® savings, checking or money market account; Rewards Card; Charitable Contributions; or Real-Time Rewards. The redemption value may be different depending on which rewards you choose to redeem your cash back for. Minimum redemption amounts vary and are subject to change without notice.

You can redeem your cash rewards at any time online through the rewards center at usbank.com or the U.S. Bank mobile app. Log in, select your U.S. Bank Shield™ Card account and select "Rewards Center". Or you may call the Rewards Center at 1-888-229-8864.

Redeeming your cash rewards for a statement credit does not count as a payment and will not reduce your minimum payment. Your redemption will reduce your account balance, however.

Cash rewards will expire if you do not have any reward, purchase, or balance activity on your U.S. Bank Business Shield^™ Visa^® Card account for 12 consecutive statement cycles.

Your credit card account must be open and in good standing (not past due or overlimit) on the closing date for the billing cycle in order to earn or redeem cash rewards. Subject to applicable law, you may not redeem cash rewards, and you will immediately lose all of your cash rewards, if your credit card account is closed to future transactions (including, but not limited to, reward program misuse, failure to pay, bankruptcy, or death).

Real-Time Rewards is a rewards redemption method that enables you to instantly redeem your cash rewards for purchases made with your U.S. Bank Business Shield^™ Visa^® Card. Your mobile device can be used to immediately redeem cash rewards in the form of a credit to your monthly billing statement.

First, complete a 2-minute registration to set your preferences. Then, after you make a purchase that meets your preferences, and receive a text asking if you want to use cash rewards to redeem immediately after the purchase, simply reply ‘REDEEM’ to the message to complete the redemption. You must have enough cash rewards to cover the entire purchase to receive the text message to redeem. Your cash rewards will be deducted from your cash rewards balance and redeemed in the form of a credit to your monthly billing statement. See Program Rules for additional details.

The text message is sent at the time of the eligible purchase. You have 24 hours from the time the purchase is made to respond to the text message and redeem cash rewards.

Most gas and restaurant purchases are not available for Real-Time redemption. 

Real-Time Rewards are not available for the 5% cash reward offer for prepaid air, hotel, attraction, and car rental reservations made with your U.S. Bank Business Shield^™ Visa^® Card through the Rewards Center.

Real-Time Rewards text messages are available only for transactions with U.S. merchants.

You may receive a Real-Time Rewards text message for automatically billed transactions (such as a monthly gym membership or utility bill) if the purchase falls within your preference selections.

The statement credit may be different from your final purchase amount if the transaction included a gratuity, fees, or estimated taxes.

You can opt-out at any time by going online to the Rewards Center or by texting ‘STOP’ to REDEEM (733336) or by calling the Rewards Center at 888-229-8864. After you opt-out, you may still receive text messages for up to 24 hours. Please see Program Rules for additional details.
